Summary Of Position: The Leasing Consultant will assist Community Managers with leasing and occupancy at all properties as well as assist with marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with the following:
  • Entering and closing work orders
  • First point of contact for all prospects and residents
  • Check vacant units to ensure readiness for tours
  • Upkeep in the model unit as well as the pathway to the model unit
