Leasing Consultant - Quantum Lake Villas

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Counsels prospective tenants and conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
• Utilizes resident, prospect, and revenue management software systems for leasing activities such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow-up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
• Maintains closing ratio based on the needs of the community.
• Processes rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval by the Property Manager.
• Follows through and assumes responsibility for the entire move-in process.
• Assists in initiating and closing service request processes.
• Conducts market surveys of comparable properties.
• Affords assistance in outreach marketing programs.
• Helps plan, schedule, organize, and participate in resident functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
• Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
• Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
• Able to work weekends.

Pay

$64,000 - $68,000 per year including bonuses and depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, in-office.
