About the role
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects and residents in person, by phone, and in writing
- Walk the property, conduct apartment tours, and inspect homes
- Handle administrative tasks such as lease paperwork and resident records
- Address resident concerns and assist with property appearance
- Participate in resident events and assist during weather challenges outside standard hours

Pay
Competitive hourly rates starting at $18/hour, increasing based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.
Schedule
20 hours per week, including Saturdays on a rotating team schedule. Weekday hours are flexible between 9am–6pm based on availability.
