Leasing Consultant - Part Time

Weinstein Properties, a forward‑thinking property management company overseeing more than 21,000 apartments across several states, is seeking a Part‑Time Leasing Consultant for the Bexley at Whitestone community in Cedar Park, TX.

Pay

$20 per hour plus quarterly bonus potential.

Schedule

20 hours per week. Includes 2‑3 Saturdays per month (Saturday 9 am – 5 pm) in rotation with the team, with additional flexible weekday hours. Sundays are closed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads and phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and conduct community tours for prospective residents.
• Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, request security deposits, and obtain lease signatures.
• Provide ongoing customer service to current residents, handling renewals, notices to vacate, early terminations, pet additions, unit transfers, and general account questions.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff, walk apartments to verify condition, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders.
• Create a welcoming move‑in experience for new residents.
• Manage move‑out procedures, including processing move‑outs and security‑deposit dispositions.
• Post rent payments and follow up on any outstanding balances.
• Plan, prepare, and host resident activities and events.
