Your Role as a Leasing Professional

As the first impression of Riverstone at Long Shoals, you'll play a critical role in driving occupancy and bringing our community to life. Your primary focus will be helping prospective residents find their perfect home through exceptional service, relationship-building, and consultative sales techniques. From conducting tours and following up on leads to assisting current residents and supporting marketing efforts, you'll be at the center of the customer experience. More than leasing apartments, you'll help create a place people are proud to call home. Qualifications

  • A flexible schedule, weekends will be required!
  • A proven track record in customer service or sales
  • A high school education or equivalent preferred
  • A strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation
  • Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is preferred
