Leasing Consultant (Lease Up)

About the role

The Property Management team at Lifestyle Property Management (LPM) is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join the team at the Ingleside apartment community. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing the resident and community experience through effective leasing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide potential residents with information about the community and model home choices.
• Bring a sales-focused energy to the leasing environment to effectively close sales of available units.
• Take prospective residents on luxury apartment home tours.
• Aid in the processing of new lease applications and coordinate the renewal lease process for current residents.
• Follow up on resident questions and concerns, supporting all customer service efforts.
• Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community by managing tour paths, assisting with grounds maintenance, and ensuring site cleanliness.

Requirements

• A high school degree or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Proven customer service skills, strong teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to understand and comply with fair housing regulations is necessary.
• Experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
