Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective tenants, show them units that meet their needs
- Show the property and its amenities
- Complete guest cards, applications, leasing information, and relevant data in Yardi
- Assist residents in accessing their portal in Yardi
- Maintain resident files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation
- Coordinate and manage resident move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain calendars and update unit availability daily
- Assist in marketing functions including creating flyers, market surveys, and shopping competitive properties
- Assist in planning and executing resident events
- Attend and participate as host as directed by Property Manager
- Take photos and video as needed for marketing efforts
- Provide phone and administrative support
- Actively work to resolve resident complaints
- Direct issues to Property Manager or maintenance, as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year’s experience in residential property management or related field is preferred
- Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions
- Experience in the service industry is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all job’s functions

Physical Demands

- Required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time

- Available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed
Schedule
This is a full-time, hourly position. The work schedule will be Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and every Saturday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Availability to work some nights, weekends, and occasional holidays is required. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at all company functions and events is also required.
