Responsibilities

• Close deals with a minimum 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere
• Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best
• Stay informed about local market conditions and trends
• Contribute marketing and resident satisfaction ideas to the Property Manager
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members
• Show exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
• Have at least two years of transferable experience in customer service
• Adapt to new technologies
• Write, speak, and understand the English language fluently
• Be energetic and engaging
