The Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Bilingual) position at Trailgrove is a key member of the onsite management team. Responsibilities
- Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities, local community, and grounds.
- Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle of an apartment home.
- Aid prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
- Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
- Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
- Manage office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals.
- Use attention to detail, planning, and organizing skills.
- Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
- Assist the leasing activities of the leasing staff.
- Be courteous and professional.
- Be well organized and meet deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 1+ years of related experience
- Bilingual

Pay
$19.29 - $21.50 per hour
Schedule
Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions. Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time.
