About the role

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — and we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need to excel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and residents in person, by phone, and in writing
• Walk the property, conduct tours, and inspect homes
• Handle leasing paperwork and administrative tasks
• Assist with resident events and weather-related challenges outside standard hours
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to ensure community success

Pay

Competitive hourly rates starting at $20/hour, increasing based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

• Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (rotating schedule with the team)
• Sundays: Closed
