Berkshire Residential Investments is a real estate investment company that values its employees and stakeholders. As a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant, you will lead your team to drive property success.

Responsibilities

• Love people, all kinds of people
• Close deals with a minimum 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas
• Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best
• Stay informed about local market conditions and trends
• Contribute marketing and resident satisfaction ideas to the Property Manager
• Maintain professional resident communications through verbal and written means
• Provide excellent customer service to all residents and team members
• Show exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
• Hold at least two years of transferable experience in customer service
• Adapt to new technologies
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be energetic and engaging
