Compensation

Competitive base pay plus great commission potential. Commission starts at $300 per move-in.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, showcase apartments, and close the sale
• Meet monthly leasing goals by generating leads and converting prospects into happy tenants
• Conduct property tours, ensuring model units and amenities shine
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in
• Collaborate on creative marketing and social media initiatives to drive traffic
• Stay compliant with Fair Housing and other regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years in property management preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Available to work Monday through Saturday
