Leasing Consultant - Chapel Ridge Townhomes

AMP Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Chapel Ridge Townhomes, a 171-unit community in Lee's Summit, MO. Responsibilities

• Show and lease units to prospective residents
• Courteously handle resident questions, concerns, and complaints
• Complete and maintain all resident and property files
• Conduct outreach marketing regularly
• Execute Fair Housing Practices consistently
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Assist with resident retention
• Walk the marketing path daily
• Process lease applications and qualify residents
• Support the Property Manager with general office maintenance, including answering phones and performing administrative tasks
• Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License with auto insurance required
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a property management office
• Prior Leasing experience preferred
• Strong sales experience with a customer service focus
• Comfortable resolving conflict
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
• Entrata experience preferred, but willing to train
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms highly preferred
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
• Must be available to work weekends; Saturdays are required on a rotating schedule, with a schedule adjustment during the week
