Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment community leasing
• Focusing on positive resident relations and optimal resident retention
• Initiates and coordinates property tours
• Engages in prospective resident networking
• Exceeds leasing goals and objectives

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or similar field preferred
