Leasing Consultant - Bilingual in Spanish Preferred!

Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay: $19 to $20/hour Experience 2 to 3 years of apartment leasing experience required.Previous lease-up experience strongly preferred. Type: Full-time; Temporary Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.Conduct community tours and effectively showcase apartment homes and amenities.Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to secure leases.Achieve leasing goals while ensuring applicants meet community qualification standards.Process rental applications and maintain accurate prospect and resident records.Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts.Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase property visibility and occupancy.Maintain knowledge of current pricing, availability, and market conditions.Work collaboratively with the property management team to deliver a positive resident experience. Position Requirements Proven track record of achieving high leasing velocity and occupancy goals.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospective residents.Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
