Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
• Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition.
• Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
• Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.
• Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred).
• At least 1 year of leasing experience required.
• Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases.
• Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.

Pay

$19 - $21 per hour
