Woodmont is seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to work at the Adagio Apartments, our beautiful 224-unit apartment community in the Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento, CA. The Adagio apartments offers a beautiful, inviting Mediterranean-inspired apartment community of well-designed floor plans and luxury amenities located just minutes from Sacramento Metro Center. As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents; guiding tours, highlighting our resort-style amenities, and creating a welcoming experience from the first visit to move-in. You'll play a key role in driving our leasing success, while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the quality of our community. Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly communicate the features and benefits of the community to drive leasing performance and meet occupancy goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all floor plans, pricing, availability, and community amenities to effectively match prospects with suitable units.
