Leasing Consultant

ROLE OVERVIEW

Woodmont is seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to join the Oak Creek Apartments team. The role involves greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, and building relationships to drive leasing success and deliver exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and communicate the features and benefits of the community.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all floor plans, pricing, availability, and community amenities.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and residents, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries through various channels.
• Accurately process leasing applications in compliance with company policies and fair housing laws.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to support outreach efforts, resident retention programs, and community events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional Experience: 1+ years of proven leasing background. Previous Leasing experience in market-rate multifamily properties is highly preferred.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong oral and written communication skills, professional interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, knowledge of the current rental market, and experience with RealPage or similar property management systems.

COMPENSATION

The expected hourly base rate for this role is $24.00 - $25.00. This includes a discretionary bonus (eligibility varies based on role). Woodmont Real Estate Services provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes health benefits, vacation time, and additional perks.
