Your Role

You are the first face prospective residents will encounter, and your professionalism, engagement, and energy are key. You must have a knack for selling, be a people magnet, and possess excellent customer service skills. You should be able to understand what motivates your prospects and tailor your tours to convince them to choose your community.

Our Role

We provide the apartment community you'll lease, along with the training and resources needed to succeed. We also offer various media channels to drive traffic to your community.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing position
Bilingual English/Spanish (highly desirable)
Initiative and deal-closing skills
Professional appearance and communication skills
Computer skills (especially Yardi Voyager experience preferred)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
