Leasing Consultant at Vintage Raleigh West Apartments

About the role

We are seeking a progressive Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive occupancy, provide the Sapphire Standard for service, and optimize resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy by meeting leasing goals
• Engage in healthy debate with leadership (no fear of conflict)
• Share what is not working well on a weekly basis
• Treat each prospect and resident encounter with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality
• Generate leads by posting ads, checking the website daily, and promoting the property, amenities, and available units on all social media platforms
• Update the pipeline with great notes and respond to all inquiries within 30 minutes
• Turn leads into leases by continuously closing throughout the tour and always asking for the deposit
• Stay ahead of market trends and proactively retain current residents through thoughtful one-on-one engagement and follow-up, as well as participating in monthly resident events

Requirements

• Leasing experience (preferred)
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer/technology skills (Yardi software preferred)
• Reliable transportation to perform all job duties on and off site
