Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting your community’s unique features and benefits, distinguishing it from competitors.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents, guiding them through the leasing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to ensure retention and attract new ones.
• Use attention to detail to perform necessary office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents to enhance their community experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including weekends is acceptable.
