Responsibilities

• Making walk-throughs of tour routes to ensure they are clean and tour-ready daily.
• Inspecting vacant units and models to ensure they are market-ready daily.
• Selling available units, accepting deposits, and completing resident applications and rental agreements.
• Completing lease packages timely, accurately, and within RWSC guidelines.
• Collecting rents, serving late rent notices, serving legal notices regarding rent increases and covenant problems, and entering accounting information into the computer.
• Answering office telephones and providing practical assistance.
• Maintaining excellent resident relations and enforcing community rules.

Requirements

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for real estate and customer service.
• Excellent communicator with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable with sales and negotiation.
• Knowledgeable about the local market (preferred but not required).
• Motivated and eager to contribute to a successful team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of apartment management and local market trends.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of apartment management software.

Pay

Your compensation will be $17.00 - $19.00 hourly, depending on experience.

Schedule

You will work 5 days a week at the Las Vegas property.
