The Role
The Experience Team Member role at Scion’s Copper Beech Harrisonburg focuses on resident relationships from initial tours through ongoing community life. Key responsibilities include:
- Touring the community and answering questions about floor plans and amenities
- Following up with prospects who haven’t committed
- Assisting with resident engagement programming
- Contributing to social media content
- Handling operational tasks such as package logging, office upkeep, and coordinating maintenance request follow-through
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours lockout assistance
Day-to-Day
A significant portion of the day involves direct resident and prospect interaction. Other responsibilities include:
- Understanding and addressing objections and pricing concerns
- Assisting with resident engagement programming
- Contributing to social media content
- Handling operational tasks like package logging, office upkeep, and coordinating maintenance request follow-through
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours lockout assistance
Seasonal Considerations
Summer and turn periods require special attention due to the rapid turnover of the resident population. These periods demand a high level of coordination and organization.
