Responsibilities
- Greet and engage prospective renters and residents, providing tours and information about the Community.
- Apply sales techniques to lease apartments and maintain a strong closing ratio.
- Support resident retention efforts and contribute to a welcoming Community atmosphere.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and generating new leads.
- Perform lease administration tasks such as application processing, credit checks, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, unit availability, and resident correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to meet occupancy goals and ensure property presentation standards.
- Manage shared amenities and support Community events and programs.
Requirements
- 2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills
- Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems
- Valid driver's license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state

Pay
The salary range for this position is $19.35-$20.35 hourly, plus commission.
