About the role

The Leasing Consultant provides information, conducts onsite tours, and delivers customer service to residents and prospective renters.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour the community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects, maintaining current knowledge of specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications and service requests, entering them into Yardi and coordinating with the Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly manner while complying with Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorization to work in the United States; the company cannot sponsor employment visas.

Pay

The expected compensation range is $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. Actual compensation may vary based on knowledge, training, skills, location, and experience.
