Leasing Consultant
What You’ll Do
- Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
- Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
- Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicating the request to the Service Team.
- Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years sales and customer service experience
- LIHTC and Lease-Up experience strongly preferred
- Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $19.00 – $21.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
