Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Leasing Consultant at Mission Rock Residential is responsible for maximizing occupancy by actively participating in leasing and marketing the community. Duties include providing onsite tours, processing resident communications, and standing to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects
• Process resident communications including service requests
• Communicate service requests to the Service Team
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents
• Conform to Fair Housing regulations

Requirements

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience
• Basic math skills
• Competence in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Qualifications

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $21.00– $23.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

The schedule for this position is typically full-time, with some flexibility depending on the needs of the community.
