Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects, provide helpful and convincing information about the community and neighborhood, and convert leads into community tours.
• Deliver informative and tailored tours of the apartment community to secure new leases.
• Ensure consistent outstanding resident experiences to establish brand loyalty.
• Create awareness, interest, and enthusiasm through social media.
• Be available to work on weekends (three weekends per month) with two days off during the week, when potential residents are actively seeking their new homes.

Requirements

• A mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.
• A willingness to engage with people over the phone in addition to texting.
• A professional and polished appearance.
• An inclination toward sales.
