Primary Responsibilities
- Following up with prospects
- Imparting helpful and convincing information about the community and neighborhood
- Converting leads into community tours
- Providing informative and tailored tours of the apartment community
- Ensuring consistent outstanding resident experiences
- Creating awareness, interest, and enthusiasm through social media
- Being available to work on weekends, three weekends per month, with two days off during the week
