Leasing Consultant

KETTLER is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Vyne One Loudoun, an apartment community in Ashburn, VA. This role focuses on maximizing property occupancy through leasing activities and resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Perform outreach marketing and create engaging social media initiatives to connect residents.
• Manage social media posts and ensure daily follow-up with all prospects using a "high touch" approach.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and partner with nearby businesses, events, and local organizations.
• Walk the marketing path daily to maintain property visibility.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Process lease applications and qualify residents.
• Support the Community Manager with general office tasks, including answering phones and administrative duties.
• Play a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.
