Leasing Consultant

Hamilton INH Properties is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company specializing in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. With over 40 years in business, we currently manage 8,000+ units across Minnesota and Iowa.

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to support our recent growth. This position plays a key role in the success of the property. The ideal candidate is a self-starting go-getter who is well-organized, quick to learn, and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality when interacting with current and prospective residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive resident relations
• Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws
• Ensure the property is leased to maximum occupancy, including follow-up with prospective residents, lease signing, and assisting with move-ins/outs
• Assist with property upkeep, including light maintenance
• Handle office administration duties, including but not limited to rent collection and community policy enforcement

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Energetic, dependable self-starter
• Well-organized
• Strong leasing skills/sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with technology and ability to learn/adapt to new technologies

Schedule

Full-time, currently 100% onsite (not remote).

Pay

Hourly with additional commission.
