Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract new tenants
• Maintain positive relationships with current tenants
• Manage lease negotiations and paperwork
• Attend open houses and market properties effectively
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
• Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leasing or property management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
• Experience with CRM systems

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
