Leasing Consultant

Duties/Responsibilities

• Aid in marketing efforts through outreach, employer programs, networking, and social media campaigns.
• Tour properties with prospects to answer questions about amenities, community, and location.
• Build familiarity with IDM communities, floor plans, and availability.
• Initiate application processes, compile files, and maintain prospect contact.
• Provide detailed move-in information and deliver exceptional service to residents.
• Manage paperwork and coordinate office activities.
• Coordinate work orders and fulfill resident needs.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance staff and management.

Skills/Abilities

• At least 1-3 years of relevant property management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of leasing and Fair Housing Laws.
• Team player willing to go above and beyond for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
