Leasing Consultant

Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional full-time Leasing Consultant for The Residences at Forest Glen, a new-construction tax-credit community currently in lease-up.

About the role

Candidates with prior leasing or lease-up experience are desired. The position involves reception, customer service, office phone and file management, and other office duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle reception and customer service for prospective and current residents
• Manage office phones, files, and general office duties
• Lease apartments in a new-construction tax-credit community during lease-up phase

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role
• Motivated, sales-oriented, and willing to provide excellent customer service
• Good communication skills and energetic personality
• Computer savvy with experience in the Microsoft Office suite
• Yardi software experience is a plus
• Tax credit/HOTTMA compliance experience is a plus but not required
