About the role
Join our Leasing Team at Fath Properties, a great place to begin your career in property management! We have an open Leasing position at our community, Fairfield Pointe Apartments.
Responsibilities
- Show apartments to qualified prospects; sell features and benefits of the community and close to qualified candidates
- Process related rental paperwork
- Coordinate move-in of new residents and conduct resident orientation
- Respond to resident requests, including maintenance requests; follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction
Requirements
- Customer service experience – 1–2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook – 1–2 years (required)
- Sales/Marketing – 1 year (required)
- Reliable transportation to/from work
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Above-average organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Prior Leasing experience preferred but not required

Pay
$19–$21.00 per hour; leasing commission on all rentals up to $10,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time; 40 hours per week; flexible schedule including weekend hours
