Leasing Consultant

About the role

Join our Leasing Team at Washington Place Apartments, a lovely community managed by Fath Properties. This is a great opportunity to begin your career in property management.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to qualified prospects; sell features and benefits of the community and close to qualified candidates
• Process related rental paperwork
• Coordinate move-in of new residents and conduct resident orientation
• Respond to resident requests, including maintenance requests
• Follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction

Requirements

• Customer service experience – 1-2 years (required)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – 1-2 years (required)
• Sales/Marketing – 1 year (required)
• Reliable transportation to/from work

Prior leasing experience preferred but not required. Flexible work schedule, including weekend hours.

Pay

$19–$21.00 per hour plus leasing commission on all rentals (up to $10,000 annually).

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
