Leasing Consultant

About the role

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities, ensuring residents experience exceptional living experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create customized tours for prospective residents based on their preferences.
• Follow up with leads to ensure residents feel cared for and informed.
• Work Saturdays to handle high traffic times during the week.
• Build strong relationships with both residents and colleagues to foster a positive community.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $39,000.00 - $55,000.00

Schedule

Saturday availability is required.
