Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. Responsibilities

• Serve as the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home.
• Conduct creative and thoughtful tours customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants.
• Leverage knowledge of what makes prospective residents tick and follow through on every lead to ensure they know you care.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a sense of community.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations.
• Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media.
• Understand what is important to prospective residents and continuously reach out with tailored updates, from ideal floorplans to neighborhood hotspots.
• Assist both residents and colleagues in creating a better way to live.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
