Responsibilities

• Supervise the leasing process
• Communicate with prospective and current tenants
• Manage the community's reputation
• Effectively manage the community's reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing
• Serve as the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market
• Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income
• Think creatively and conceptualize new ideas to improve the business
• Work with passion and take pride in what you do
• Be an effective listener who offers helpful solutions
• Possess great energy, enjoy challenges, and constantly set and reach new goals
• Execute successfully Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required
• Multi-Family experience preferred

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Frequently sit, stand and walk
• Regularly required to talk or hear
• Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
• Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 10% of the time.
