About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to property management and leasing. We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant applications and lease agreements
- Conduct tours and provide property information to potential tenants
- Handle lease negotiations and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with local housing regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management or leasing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Experience with tenant screening tools
