Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relationships and conduct lease negotiations
- Market properties to attract new tenants
- Handle move-in and move-out processes efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management or leasing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local market trends and economic conditions
