Leasing Consultant

RAM Partners, LLC is a full‑service real estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments across the United States. Pay

Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with additional bonuses outlined by the property’s commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting the community’s unique features and benefits.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents throughout all steps of the leasing process.
• Serve as a resource for residents, helping resolve problems and find solutions.
• Build lasting relationships to retain existing residents and attract new ones.
• Perform required office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Lease‑up experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
