Weinstein Properties, a family‑owned company headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, manages over 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. This Leasing Consultant position is located at Bexley Westshore in Cumming, GA and offers a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first impression and voice of the community.
• Guide prospective residents through their leasing journey.
• Build strong relationships with current residents and your team.
• Balance customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
• Receive training and support to excel in the role.

• No leasing experience required; success is based on mindset and attitude.
• Strong communication skills: great listener, confident and warm in person and in writing.

Pay

• $1,500 sign‑on bonus
• Hourly rate starting at $20/hour, increasing with experience
• Quarterly bonuses
