Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage lease negotiations and document preparation
- Provide guidance on lease terms and conditions
- Monitor compliance with local and state regulations
- Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
