Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage lease negotiations and document preparation
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Provide ongoing property management support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property management or leasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
