Responsibilities

• Manage leasing transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide leasing solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and other stakeholders.
• Monitor lease compliance and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present lease agreements to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
