About the role

The Campus team is dedicated to providing superb housing for college students. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be part of a passionate and supportive team focused on growth, diversity, and stability.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the day-to-day operations of the property to maintain customer satisfaction and financial health.
• Assist with leasing activities including sending renewal offers, managing responses, and maintaining property availability.
• Ensure accurate records of property availability and assist with the renewal process.
• Manage property licenses and liaise with legal counsel and city officials.
• Handle the check-out process, ensuring compliance with final account statements and conducting inspections of vacated units.
• Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, fostering good public relations.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on property performance.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing and resident retention programs.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and answering phones.
• Operate various office equipment and software.
• Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Show a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Entrata (preferred).
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
