About the role
Buckingham is seeking a sales-driven and customer-focused professional with excellent organizational and decision-making skills. This individual demonstrates active listening and gratitude, draws people to them, and proactively communicates with others. As a Leasing Consultant, you will initiate and coordinate all phases of apartment community leasing, focusing on positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.

Responsibilities
- Handle daily functions related to residency inquiries, property tours, and prospective resident networking and engagement.
- Understand the apartment application process and strive to exceed leasing goals and objectives.
