About the role

The Role Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a property, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Manage tenant relations and conflict resolution
• Conduct periodic inspections and report findings
• Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Background check required
