Leasing Consultant

Overview

A professional property management company is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations for a 64-unit market-rate residential community in West Bend. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working independently while still delivering a high level of service to residents and prospects.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to leasing inquiries and communicate with prospects, residents, and vendors
• Schedule and conduct property showings
• Process applications and assist with resident screenings
• Prepare leases, renewals, and related documentation
• Support unit check-outs and security deposit accounting
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Clock with maintenance and vendors for property needs
• Aid in maintaining high occupancy and resident retention
• Affirm compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

What It Takes

• 1–2+ years of leasing or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio or similar preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle required
